This position is a great opportunity for someone who has a proven track record in Consumer Electronic (CE) sales and channel sales management and would love the ability to travel up to 80%. The ideal candidate would live in NY/NJ area.
As a CE Sales Representative, you would be responsible for meeting and exceeding territory, regional and national sales objectives as well as providing support to our product distribution channel, dealers and OEM partners. In addition, you would be responsible for developing new direct and indirect channels. Products include headsets, headphones and assistive listening products.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
- Knowledge of telecommunications or high-tech related products
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good electronics understanding
- Demonstrated and proven sales ability
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent PC Skills - Excel, Word, Power Point (Lotus Notes and J.D. Edwards preferred)
- Ability to be task and goal oriented
Education/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university with 4-6 years related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience working with large retailers preferred.
Other:
- Ability to travel up to 80% for NY and NJ
- Ability to work extended hours, including weekends as business needs dictate.

There are two positions available for the Southeast and South Central territories.
The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding territory, regional and national sales objectives. Products include high end Sennheiser wired and wireless microphone systems, ENG equipment, lavalier and shotgun microphones, Neumann microphones as well as other Distributed Brands and professional headphones.
